USSD and SMS Platforms
Channel-agnostic systems that work on any device. We build USSD flows and SMS integrations that reach users who do not have smartphones, which is critical for the markets we operate in.

As a Bitdefender and Kristel partner, we supply and implement enterprise cybersecurity solutions across endpoint protection, network monitoring, and identity access management for East African organisations.
How We Work
We spend time understanding your operational environment, existing systems, and integration requirements before any development begins. Poorly scoped projects fail and we have seen enough of them to know that discovery is not optional.
We build in milestones. You review working software at defined intervals, not a finished product six months later that does not match what you needed.
We deploy to production, run integration tests against live services, document the system, and provide post-launch support. We do not hand over a zip file and disappear.
Built for East Africa's Infrastructure Reality
Building software for East African markets is not the same as building for Europe or North America. Payment flows run through M-Pesa. Users may be on feature phones. Connectivity is inconsistent. Regulatory requirements from the CBK to the Data Protection Act create specific constraints that generic offshore development teams routinely miss.
We operate in this environment daily. Our production systems handle M-Pesa callbacks, resolve phone number hashes for financial reconciliation, and serve users across Kenya’s connectivity spectrum. That operational context is built into how we design from the start.
